Very friendly staff. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Bedroom was very comfortable and great sizes. The bathroom has marble walls and floor and very spacious. It was a nice experience.

I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold.

We always stay here when heading from Florida to Michigan because it is comfortable, close to everything you could need or want. Right of of 75 Has a lot of amenities.Good breakfast and clean pool Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond.
