We travelled as a family of 4 and this property was one of few that had 4 separate beds. It was also within walking distance from Hiroshima station. It is located in a relatively quiet part of town, and having (from memory) 6 rooms, it was also a quiet stay.

It was a unique stay. I didn’t know what to expect. It was the biggest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Close to Hiroshima station.

チェックイン時間を過ぎても、スマートロックの詳細メールが届かなかったのでかなり焦り、電話で問い合わせをしなければいけませんでした。それに加えチェックイン手続きも少々面倒でした。 掃除機が部屋に無いので、長期宿泊者には清潔を保つのに不満でした。

綺麗で、設備も整っていてよかった。チェックイン等もスムーズにできて良かった。また、利用したい。ただ、ホテルの方に連絡を取りたいときに連絡が取れず、その点はやや不満（ホームページのコンタクトから連絡したが、結局連絡はなかった）。

お部屋は完璧だけど無人で困ることも。
4連休中に宿泊しました。 Wi-Fiコンディションが悪くて、なかなかチェックin出来ず、連絡先に何度電話しても通じず、あわや野宿かとハラハラしました。 ようやく電話が繋がり、無事チェックin。 HOTELの中は快適で、浴室に衣類乾燥機があり、洗濯機があったので洗濯→乾燥出来ました。 テレビでYou Tubeも見れて、湯船に浸かれてリラックスできました。 無人で人との接触がないのが良い反面、トラブル時は困りますね。 無人だからこそネット環境は最強にしておくべき。これさえなければ完璧でした。
トイレとバスは別で、浴室に洗濯物を干せます。浴室衣類乾燥機あり。湯船にお湯をはれます。
冷蔵庫が広く、レンジ、クッキングヒーター、食器もあり、自炊可能です。

Great little space close to the station
I great little space just a few minutes walk from the Shinkansen station. There was an initial problem with getting into the room to start with but after two phone calls everything was sorted out. I had booked the large room for 5 people but none of the others were able to join me due to the current travel restrictions so it was a great space just for me. Great shower and bath, and a full kitchen.

洗濯機があるが、洗濯ばさみなどが無かったので干すのが不便だった。コインランドリーが近くにあるが、わざわざ行くのが面倒。 チェックイン職員無人だったが広島駅前グランドベースで５分もあれば手続き出来て良かった。しかし、宿泊施先でわざわざ宿泊人数分の記入や写真が面倒。記入のみだけでも、申込みの際に出来てれば少しはスムーズだと思った。 ちなみに、他のグランドベース利用した時わざわざ他の場所に出向きチェックインする必要がある場所もあるのでそれよりは良かった。
