Historic Downtown District Vacations

We had an event close by so I booked it for convenience, hoping it would be as good as it was listed, I was not disappointed at all! Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Everything was good except the room size is quite tiny and hard to fit 2 people and luggage.

Zackie was super friendly and very helpful checking us in. She made a great first impression for us. The rooms and the overall hotel were clean and comfortable. Free onsite parking and a good complimentary breakfast made this place one that we would stay at again when passing through. Hotel is a bit outdated but in a charming way. Still looks great and can’t beat all this for the price.

Overall a really great place. Informative and accessible staff, very clean and well decorated interiors. They even left us a great handwritten note and fresh flowers in our room. I really appreciated that. My only issue was the bedding, which while perfectly clean, was on the older end, with some small holes in the sheets from age and use. The pillows were also lumpy and felt heavily slept on. I recognize this is a natural result of running a hotel, but I would've enjoyed a little fresher bed all around. Otherwise it was a great stay, and I'd certainly use them again.
