Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

"My husband and I spent one night at this hotel which is very close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. Also, there is a convenience store located in the lobby that is open 24 hours which is very useful ."
