“The room was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy towels. Plenty of amenities. Would like to have had a plastic shower cap, but otherwise everything was perfect.”

“Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!”

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

“I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE, save your money!! Where do i start? I had to pay an additional $100 for a “security deposit” obtaining to a plus one under 25yo, was not told until CHECKIN TIME!! Theres no elevator for the three tier parking garage! The kiddy pool was green, photos are not updated or true of what this place looks like!! This is like an oceanfront motel! The first room had water all over the floor and ceiling,and what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom mirror. Apparently the room had……
