“The room was very clean had no issues getting extra towels. Breakfast was to expected at a motel. All in all a good experience.”

“Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!”

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

“I wasn't aware of deposit until day of and was charged 200 100 for each room which was returned. Housekeeping could have done a better job I couldn't find the remote and lights weren't plugged in had thought there wasn't any between the beds other than that the stay was OK. Breakfast was OK be sure to get there early and I liked the Outlet was right across the street...”

“The Property is in a perfect oceanfront location..there are restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart Neighborhood Market within a 5 minute drive.. lots of Pool options and if you have little ones they will love the pirate ship splash pool.. our room was located next to Arcade on 9th floor which had lots of fun games.. during our stay there the Resort was still undergoing construction for their new amenities and lobby but it didn’t affect our stay there .. it was just a little bit……

“I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again.”

“Gross … only thing missing were roaches, the sheets had stains on them. I was so tired I just slept on top of the bed using a towel to lay on and another as a blanket. I couldn’t wait until the sun came up to leave.”
