"The room itself was clean, but the pool and fitness center are closed which was not advertised. They’re “renovating” so there are boxes and messes everywhere. "Check in attendant was nice but I was extremely disappointed that the pool wasn’t in operation. I was also frustrated when trying to get the handle repaired on the storm door and the vent fixed in the bedroom and no one came to fix it till the day of departure."

"Carol is an amazing host. This was our 2nd stay here and it was the perfect place to stay. The sheets on our bed were so soft and the place was was very clean. We had a bulb in the bathroom out and Carol came right over and replaced it. Also replaced the faucets in both bathrooms to better ones. ..."
