This was a great place to stay prior to a flight, it had everything you would need. Good rooms, good restaurants, timely shuttles. Quick check in, staff helped me print my boarding pass. I recommend this hotel and I would use it again.

Staff and cleaning crew are top notch. When you get there, they may let you know that you won’t be staying at the same building that the reception is located…remember, you’re in Amsterdam…buildings are only so wide and tall. They had us just about three doors down in a room that was better than the picture online. I will never stay anywhere but here when we come back. My wife and I could not have been happier with the accommodation. You will love the location, the romance of the architecture of the accommodation, and I encourage you to open the window and look out at the canal and watch an amazing city.

First member of staff who checked us in was pretty bad to be honest. They came across as if they really didn’t want to be there. I compared their attitude to the other staff and it was miles apart. Other staff where lovely and very good. Never found the swimming pool or spa area which was a shame as I wanted to use it
