“Host communicates well and in a timely manner. The pool is not on premises so you need to know that you share the pool with the adjoining property. The villa we were in needs updating and some fixing, but we were mainly there to enjoy Palm Springs so it was a place to sleep. it is close to downtown Palm Springs within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.”

“When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.”

“Great pool, pretty property”

“Very nice and clean! Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.”

“Large back yard perfect for kids and pets. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will return the next time we are driving through.”

“This location is perfect for everything we like to do downtown. The host and property manager on site always strive to provide an excellent experience. It's our third time staying here and I hope it will stay around for awhile so that we can return several more times. Thank you!”

“Spent some time by the pool, which is a cute little area. This is a quiet getaway for me when I’m at conferences. ”

“Double check regarding the kitchen cookware and utensils it you're going to be cooking.”

“Overall such a wonderful stay! Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. I was thinking the pool was on the property but it's outside of the main area we stayed and a little walk. Most likely on me for not reading that part. My family and I had a great stay.”

“Fun place”

“Great big and deep pool, friendly host! Perfect for group. Will book again”

“We had a great stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. The host was also very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice location up in the hills of Temecula. A short drive from most things, with a lovely view looking over everything. The house is definitely a short term rental in its setup, well enough stocked that we got by, but if you’re planning to stay for more than a weekend consider confirming it has everything you’ll need.”

“Great place for a family reunion Plenty to do for kids and adults great hot tub. Plenty of eating areas. ”
