“This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!”

“Good location, easy access to all restaurants. Easy shopping. But then above all the special architectural features of the property. Amazing!! Everything is specially made for this place. Fits perfectly and makes you feel in a special place. Looking over the pool into the lagoon and onto the fields out over the blueish mountain ranges.
Also managed and maintained very well.”

“The condo was good but there were ants getting on all of our food and was hard to reach staff . We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t know how to get more. I’m the condo it states there is a laundry facility but nope. The location was great and the view amazing.”

“The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The existing one is in bad shape, hard to cook in and clean. Listing says there are 2 bikes to share, but when we asked mgmt company they said no. The main floor needs chairs, even beach chairs or something to sit in- maybe a bistro set. The place was cute and comfortable. We did not have to use the AC. We rented a golf cart to get around which worked out great. The price was reasonable. More direction on how to access the beach would be helpful since there……

“The house is located on a nice beach in a nice area of Placencia. We wanted to enjoy this house for that alone. But it was simply not enough to make up for the AC not working (absolutely repressive heat inside; tried sleeping outside before we had to leave the property in the middle of the night with heat exhaustion), nor make up for the one bathroom being down a steep staircase from the bedroom, and certainly not make up for Vacasa/property manager not even responding to us while we were……
