“I had the most amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful. The woodwork (repurposed wood) created a very comfortable and chill vibe. The house was fully loaded and spacious. The view was unbelieveable anytime you looked at it. It was very quiet and really nice to escape the day to day things that go on. I was able to just shut off…but still had wi-fi :). Everything was within walking distance, the people were so friendly, people crossing on the side walk or anywhere would great you……

“First, we were told we wouldn't need to meet anyone there, that there would be a lock-box and we could just get in. The cabana was hard to find and not marked (to know which one was ours), and the combination we were given was wrong. The wifi information we were given was also wrong, and the wifi network we were given access to barely worked. It looks like there is a dedicated router at the location, but it was disconnected. Amenities listed that were not in fact included: -Washer and Dryer……

“This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!”

“My wife and I stayed in one of the cottages while viewing potential real estate deals. All communications were excellent leading up to and during the visit. Because we were visiting as Hurricane Beryl was forming the staff gave us there local view on what was coming so we could make decisions as we were moving on next to Ambergris Caye. A lot of restaurants and locals sales booths within walking distance. A lot of opportunity to interact with the locals which is what we wanted. Would……

“Michele and Ed have put together something very special. Quiet, relaxed the perfect setting. Close to everything. Romantic reconnect, perfect. They are on site available for any question or any need. We will be back! Great stay!”

“Truly a slice of paradise. The staff are incredible, the food is amazing, the amenities are plentiful. We had the most amazing stay with our 5 and 7 year olds. Never a dull moment. And, even in the rain, we made fantastic memories. king Leary’s does not disappoint. ”

“Excellent place, new,fresh, clean, stylish. Up on stilts so you get a nice breeze. Just as pics appeared. Only real concern is that the driveway is sandy and taxis got stuck repeatedly. Just needs some gravel. Had a little trouble contacting the property manager to work out an early check in but staff were friendly and helpful.”

“If you want to disconnect from the outside world then this is the place. We loved our time here with Dustin, Kim, and Ama. The food Kim prepared was some of the best we’ve had anywhere and the company during our stay was delightful. We snorkeled before breakfast on our own around the island and after breakfast Dustin and Ama would take us on kayaks to a reef off one of the neighboring islands where we found conch, and other fresh fish and seafood for our meals. We had an absolute amazing time!……

“very brief but fantastic location right in the heart of town, so close to great food places, live music!! really easy 5min walk to the best swimming section of the beach. really friendly hosts! Small but clean and comfortable!! towels were nice and not tatty! no air but lots of fans, slept really well!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at carols cabins. It’s a very rustic environment but very centrally located. Walking everywhere but a little noisy at night but it was no problem at all.”
