“5 stars. I had the best experience at Southern Corner Motel & Restaurant. The staff were the nicest and most helpful people. They made a custom vegan dish for me and it was excellent. The room was clean and quiet and I slept great. On-site washer and dryer were a big plus. They also helped arrange transportation to the ferry. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with travel around Placencia, including arranging shuttles to and from the airport, and their service throughout our stay was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant has great views and tasty food. Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with.
