Notre séjour au Mariposa était fantastique! C’est un bel endroit central en nature pour se reposer et faire des activités. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la part de Leo et Robin, beaucoup de conseils pour se divertir dans la région. Je trouve toutefois que l’imposition du 15% de service à chaque achat dans le longe est un peu exagéré. Je comprends l’intention d’une paie équitable, mais on ne devrait pas imposer un pourcentage aux clients selon moi.

the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

Very relaxing and intimate. Staff really get to know the guests.

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.
