En cuanto a gustarme, nada excepcional, poco abajo de lo normal. No me gusto que no haya cuidado de contagios, el personal de limpieza y mantenimiento y a veces del front desk, sin cubrebocas. Sin limpieza diaria de las habitaciones.

No me gustó que no hacen limpieza diaria de la habitación, solo cuando e les pide en front desk. El personal de limpieza y de mantenimiento no usan cubrebocas, algunos del staff del front desk, tampoco. Las Amenidades muy escasas. En fin No regreso ni lo recomendaré.

Beds were very comfortable and seating area in the room was nice. It allowed the 3 of us to spread out. The hotel was easy to get to and we were able to park close to the door. The only problem we had was when we came and then when we were checking out, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that said they were helping other customers when we arrive. By the time we unpacked the car someone showed up. When we were checking out, I waited for about 5 minutes and finally just left my key cards on the desk because no one was there. That was the only problem - more of just an inconvenience than a problem.

Thank you Constance, we are so glad that you found our brand new mattresses to be super comfortable, and the large suite gave you and your family the right amount of space you needed. We are sorry that the desk agent had stepped away just at the times you needed to check in or out, sometimes we do have to help another guest upstairs, and it takes us away, but we will always be back quickly. We hope we see you next time you are in the area.

The hotel room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Convenient location to interstate. Also, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. They do a wonderful job and are very pleasant. Not pleased with the pool being closed for our entire stay. I understand that a party caused the situation, but that taking 3 days (not sure as it was still closed when we left) to resolve was disappointing as the pool was a big deciding factor in coming to this hotel. Also, showers were cold half the time. Front desk staff less than friendly and didn't bother to get off phone for our check out. We definitely had higher expectations of this hotel.

We are so sorry that the pool being closed was very frustrating for you. We do everything we can to ensure it is open, however, there are times that it is required to ensure the pool is safe for us to close it until we can ensure it is safe. We hope that you can understand that safety is of the utmost importance, and we had to close the pool to ensure this safety for all of our guests after the unfortunate behavior of other guests.

Overall the stay was decent. However our toilet wouldn’t flush right just before check out and the room key wouldn’t work after 8am. Someone was in our room (staying with us) so thankfully we didn’t have to go all the way back downstairs to get let in. There wasn’t a lot to watch on tv, you could log into your own streaming services but we were just looking to surf the television channels but there was only like 5. The breakfast was alright nothing too special. I’d recommend a stay here when the rooms are a bit cheaper. We paid a little over 200 and didn’t really feel like we got the best of our money. And there is a 20dollar check in fee that you can get back out check out that they don’t tell you about booking online.

The room was hot and we were unable to get it cooled down. There was also an overwhelming smell of old fast food.

Booked a room to visit an ailing colleague and had an afternoon appointment. Premium Bonvoy status notwithstanding, the checkout clerk would not allow a late departure of even fifteen minutes. “Sir, we’ll have to charge you for that.” I and our several thousand employees will not be prioritizing Bonvoy properties any longer, and this property is now on the Do Not Stay list.

I apologize that you were looking for more time in the hotel then our normal 11am check-out, Unfortunately on very busy weekends we can only extend these the Marriott's elite Bonvoy members. I do see that you checked out at 11:54 am which would have been a late checkout and no fees were charged to you.
