What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. ”

The entrance area and the lift could be improved, as they did not reflect the quality of the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, including for women travelers. ”

“This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday and water and toiletries replenished regularly. The breakfast had a superb variety and the waiters were always there to serve you with whatever you wanted. The Safron Spice restaurant food is of a very high standard and there is often no need to go else where to dine. We ate only at the hotel to avoid any health issues. Highly recommend this hotel.”
