If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

Our stay was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable! One of the biggest highlights was the incredible view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx directly from our room. Waking up and being able to look out at such an iconic view was breathtaking and made our trip to Egypt even more special. The food was delicious and fresh, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. The customer service was also exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. A very special thank you to Sarah, who made our entire trip so much easier and stress free. She helped plan our itinerary for the whole trip and arranged our drivers and tour guides, so we were able to experience Egypt without having to worry about all the details. Everything was organized so well, and having that level of assistance made a huge difference. Between the spectacular Pyramid and Sphinx views, delicious food, excellent service, and the help we received planning our activities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Egypt, especially if you want an unforgettable view and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious! The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus other hotels like the popular Mena House because it is a boutique hotel feeling, it’s more personalized, and every room has a spectacular view for a reasonable price. The location is also good, it’s obviously close to the pyramids and we felt very safe and secure —no scary elevators or stairs. My husband wanted to get a haircut and we were able to get one late at night with the help of Ghandi. Ghandi walked us over to a barber shop and stayed with us the whole time. I highly recommend Galaxy and the other properties under the same management (they look very similar but are located on another side of the pyramids). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was super! 1. Check-in was super easy and quick. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10 2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10 3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had. Tables were full of food, and it tasted excellent. The kids really loved the falafel. There was a variety of main dishes during our 3-night stay. 10/10 4. The hotel provides a tour package that is lower in price than major tour operators. 5. 5 minutes by walk to Pyramids Giza gate, so that will make your stay excellent, you will not hear any honking from the cars. 6.
