“We booked this unit based on several amenities that were listed as included. We wanted 2 King beds and definitely wanted aircon. The second bedroom had 2 single beds that were bolted to the wall so having a King bed in that room wasnt possible although our itinerary stated 2 King beds. There was no aircon and this was a high priority for us when we booked. After complaining to Hotels.com the provider sent someone to the unit who advised that the aircon didnt work, he arrived back with a……

“This is 100% not a family apartment. It is a 1 bedroom apartment. Not exactly their fault but I searched up 4 adults and 2 rooms and this listing came up when I was making the booking. It did say 1 room in the listing however I just assumed that was meaning 1 apartment as it also said 2 beds. Plus why would it come up as a listing under those search requirements so technically Expedia's fault. The apartment was 1 bed and 1 sofa bed in the lounge area however on the listing it says 2 beds. “Awesome view from the apartment and very quiet. Had everything we needed apart from a capsule coffee machine. ”

“Fantastic place, very clean and newly refurbished. Convenient with kids with dishwasher and washer dryer handy. Underground car park was helpful. Great coffee downstairs, bottle shop and takeaway places within complex, or walking distance. Very close to big shopping complexes, airport and access to Remarkables as well. Would stay next time.”
