The mirror-like waters of Lake Hayes reflect snow-capped mountains while cyclists enjoy the easy 8km loop trail. Kayak across the glassy surface or picnic at the reserve before exploring nearby Arrowtown's historic gold mining sites.
Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond.
Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. A four square grocery was a 3 minute walk.. and we enjoyed a hot chicken for dinner. We managed to plate it and enjoy that as a light dinner in the mini kitchenette space. One evening we...

We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

Our stay at Stoneridge was just amazing. We were greeted with cheese platter and wine which was really nice as we were hungry. :) We stayed at the Arrow suite which has a lap pool right in front. Very clean and nice room with complimentary beer, milk and soft drinks. The property has a vineyard too which is great and it is an amazing place to take some awesome photographs. The room has a good view of Lake Hayes and the mountains. The service is great. There is also a hot tub you can use which...

Location was good but the address little bit confusing, For privacy concern all the bathrooms and bedrooms there's no lock but the rest absolutly perfect.

Beautiful setting in downtown Arrowtown just a block off the Main Street with tons of shopping and awesome restaurants offerings.
The charming grounds are meticulously cared for and our room (studio) was clean, well maintained and very nice.. The bed was warm & cosy. Appreciated have the mini-kitchen.
The owner/manager made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated being able to do a load of laundry during our 2 week trip. We only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed...

Location is great, great and great. I enjoyed tracks as far as to Queenstown centre, had light lunch and took bus #1 back to the hotel, just 50 feet walking. Also benefit by taking other bus routes to explore the beauty of QT. Most of all, I must to tell, the library just cross block. Fantastic books and magazine collection. I would want to come back in winter time and to stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in the villa! The space is large, clean and modern - perfect for a family. Loved seeing the historical hotel/pub and dining at the restaurant. Also easy access to Wānaka and Queenstown.

Had a beautiful view of the Remarkables. The internet connection was fast. I was able to have a Zoom meeting with no issues. Parking is a bit limited, so you need to get there earlier in the day or have to pay for parking at a nearby lot.

This cottage is amazing with gorgeous views of vineyards, and a pond with ducks! The restaurant food was delicious, and the Explorer red wine was fantastic! Then, driving to Queenstown, we stopped at the Bungy Jump spot to take photos, and walked on the bridge to talk to the jumpers!

I was very impressed with Highview Apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave us a tour of our room, the gym, laundry facilities, and helped us schedule a cab to the airport for our last day - and the rooms were just what we needed, perfect amount of space. (the bathroom floors were even heated!) The wifi worked great. The apartments had beautiful views of the lake and the mountains, and were a mere 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown. I highly recommend them.

Love this place! The bathtubs in the rooms are wonderful. We have stayed in 3 different lakeside view rooms, each one was great. Love that they each had fireplaces.
The restaurant was very good. Views are amazing!
