“The room was immaculate. Very clean but dated. as others have written. It was difficult to find staff on-site but they always responded very quickly to a phone call. Mark was out there cleaning up the parking lot right after a pretty good snowfall. He is a very pleasant guy. About the room: the floors were creaky, reminding me of the house where i grew up (just down the road, actually). The bathroom was very clean. “We got there in the dark, which was a little “scary” at first, not being used to the woods- but the directions given to us were spot on and made it easy to navigate. The space was large enough for us and we were able to spread out. There is no stove to cook- but a decent size refrigerator and air fryer. It could have been cleaner- but wasn’t awful. There were several bugs, which I think is just a Pennsylvania thing. We hiked down to the dock one evening and it was beautiful- would come back and……
