“Property had been thru a recent flood and the entire first floor was unusable. Nothing was posted on Expedias site about hotel having damage. There was no breakfast, pool or really any amenities. Room was very dirty. we bound hair and other things on the pillows. the carpet on the floor was very dirty looking and had multiple stains.”
