“Disappointing in most ways. Had to get my key reset several times. The hairdryer was broken and the bathtub looked very worn. No in room safe. When I called the front desk, the cord for the handset was frayed and barely useable. The onsite laundry was available but the laundry detergent dispenser was jammed. The side door was not secure at any time of day or night, the automatic lock didn’t work. The staff did the bare minimum and was outside smoking most of the time. Breakfast selection was……

“This place was absolutely freaking horrible. I've never walked into and out of a room so quickly. After i made my way through the crowd of crackheads on the stairway, i was able to enter my room. AC wasnt plugged in. When I bent over to plug it in, I saw the mold. It was so thick in the AC that it looked like moss on an enchanted forest hike. The only word I can use for the room smell is......well.....moist. Just moist. The bathroom light was already on. When I tried to turn it off, the switch……

“The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were extremely helpful at all times and treated me like family. I was on a business trip to help recover our local site from the devastating flooding that had occurred recently but had only packed enough clothes for three days. They were able to launder everything for me so I didn’t have to wear dirty clothes for the rest of my trip. The only disappointment was that I did not have time to use the pool. I didn’t bring a swimsuit anyway, but that’s beside……
