Property had been thru a recent flood and the entire first floor was unusable. Nothing was posted on Expedias site about hotel having damage. There was no breakfast, pool or really any amenities. Room was very dirty. we bound hair and other things on the pillows. the carpet on the floor was very dirty looking and had multiple stains.

Wonderful staff! The hotel isn't super-fancy but it has everything you need and the pool makes it a perfect place for families with kiddos. From Traci B. to Brianna, the Wingate team goes above and beyond to elevate your stay. They're professional, considerate, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this Wingate hotel.

Had to be given the hotel master key to open my hotel room, was then unable to leave anything in hotel room because other guests had to use master key for there room as well, hotel was under construction missing flooring, room smelt like mold, I ended up leaving nothing in the hotel room and rarely using it to sleep, I believe I deserve a refund for lack of amenities
