今次訂房有超賣情況發生, 所以酒店當日不能提供已訂購的酒店, 但酒店職員十分盡力安排善後工作, 以為照顧客人需要, 安排真的值得一讚。職員貼心又有禮貌, 由門口行入lobby, 以及酒店餐廳都令人有賓至如歸的感覺, 我下次一定會再選擇入住。 房間舒適, 設計有品味, 應有盡有！

I booked for a total of 4 nights, and staff on duty was very prompt and helpful upon check in. Unfortunately, on the second and third night I discovered bed bugs in my room, which I reported to staff. They switched me to another room, which was thankfully free of bed bugs. Apart from this incident, the room was clean, and in a convenient location. Sound proofing wasn't great, but to be expected from older buildings situated downtown.
