The room was disgusting and not cleaned from prior guest and the staff, after reporting it did not care. I requested a different room, and even though many were available, they refused to accommodate. I then request that a refund to cancel my stay, and they also refused, despite not having a clean room for me. Stains and hair were everywhere and garbage all over the room.

The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located, and our room was even more luxurious than we imagined. We very much appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, the special treats and wine hour, and the lovely breakfasts. We would absolutely stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again. They were very helpful and attentive but not in the way. It's a very quiet place just off the main road that runs through town. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and drinking my coffee. Close to everything we wanted to see in the valley.
