“GM Herb was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The location was nice with a view of the river. The only problem was that the room size was very small with the queen bed taking up most the floor space of the room. The included breakfast was modest but adequate. The hotel is very old but clean and well maintained.”

“Excellent location for a coastal getaway & the bakery across the street is a must visit. Room itself was clean and self-check in was easy. However, it was not the best night of sleep as the bed was overly firm and there is not much insulation from road / pedestrian noise outside. ”

“The Cottages on River Road is a true Gem! Stunning, lush landscaping with many little gardens and fountains. If you’re a plant nerd, this place is paradise. Many thoughtful touches from bistro tables and chairs on each porch, to delicious little breakfast chibata sandwiches and fixings for smores around the fire pit. Loved our stay, staff was wonderful - can’t wait to go back!”

“Están bien cuidadas las tiendas, limpias y confortables las camas, además tienen calentadores, lo malo es que está cerca de la carretera y hay ruido de autos, pero los tapones de oidos son muy buenos jeje! Las regaderas y baños estaban limpios y con todo lo necesario. La tiendande conveniencia es bastante útil”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”
