It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful historical place to stay!
Rooms were wonderful Location to downtown attractions great
Great location, very nice hotel. Would stay at again
Location was convenient to Union Station, CIBC theater, Art Institute.
Hotel was a unique building with a pub downstairs. Clean, safe, and great staff. But my bed was uncomfortable. Too hard.
Good location, connected to excellent restaurant. Interior was dingy and room had a musty odor. For the price and location, will definitely stay here again.
Great location, enjoyed the club room with Continental breakfast etc, staff extremely helpful and friendly, size of suite was great. Only downside is room could use some updating. Thanks Hyatt!
