"The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room (no. 10) was clean and the shower was excellent! However, the queen bed was terrible - felt like there were no springs left in it and it felt like you were sleeping on a board. Fortunately we carry our own pillows, so my husband slept in the single bed which was okay, but I put all the pillows under me so it was at least a bit more comfortable! I was glad we were only staying 1 night! The restaurant meals were absolutely fantastic - well presented...

"For what it is, it’s good value. I was very worried about my car getting vandalised or broken in to as I had been told bad things about Katherine. Stayed here over rodeo weekend. Great pressure hot water in shower. Tea and coffee provided. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV didn’t seem to work but I have found that to be the case with every TV at every hotel / place of accommodation that I have stayed at between Mt Isa and Darwin. So this is not a dealbreaker for me. "They are using cheap internal doors as external doors which have been punched and kicked in making unsafe rooms. We told them it was unacceptable and were given the room next door. The rooms are dirty and need to be upgraded. We woke up covered in bug bites. would not recommend this property."
