“The breakfast menu was nice. For a no smoking establishment I was surprised to find cigarette burns in the carpet, the seat of a chair and the toilet seat in our room. I guess signing a no smoking document isn't working. Overall, very pleased with our stay.”

“Booked a stay to celebrate my wife and I getting married - we booked an executive suite at what we thought was a nice little hotel outside Bangor, Maine. I even called on 3/18 to confirm we would be able to bring our dog, as it was unclear online whether the room was pet friendly or not. I was told it was - but when I called to confirm our check-in time the day of our stay, I was notified that was actually not the case. We were downgraded to a standard room, as those were the only pet friendly……

“The room was clean. A little dated. The beds were really comfy. We arrived at breakfast at 830,it was mediocre. We had to ask for more sausage and one man had to ask for more eggs and coffee. It was no well stoked, the employee may have had other duties but wasn’t taking the best care of the breakfast ”

“Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Property was centrally located. Pool light became disconnected and was hanging by wires into the pool. Staff shut it down quickly due to safety. ”

“This was our third time staying here. And as always its been exceptional, room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and it was quiet. ”

“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”
