Stayed at hotel Ursa for our trip to Acadia National Park. Quick check in, spotless room, quiet area and safe area. Would stay again

Loved this place. Hotel was clean and unique. Check in process was easy, had soup available in the lobby, cider, and ice cream bars every night (all included). Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. Quiet rooms and plenty of parking. Absolutely recommend this cute little gem.

The room was huge and 24/7 coffee with no charge for parking were huge perks! Would definitely stay there again! Close to restaurants and shops

Nice rooms, good location and friendly staff.

Closely located to many attractions in the area and restaurants.

Would like to have room service for towels and coffee and water .

Convenient for our purposes. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Facility is clean & pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel after an event at the Cross Center. It is very conveniently located - close to the highway, the mall, movie theater, restaurants, etc. We liked that it was not right on the road (eg. no traffic noise or bright lights shining on your window). Our room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Loved the Bistro in the lobby. The morning staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for...

Nice staff and comfortable accommodation

Nice property in convenient location. Comfortable bed! We used both the exercise room and laundry facilities. Super nice front desk staff. Definitely would stay here again.

The proprietor was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with two full or queen beds. The windows opened for a lovely breeze off the river. There was a compact kitchenette with a fridge, sink, stove, pots and pans, dishes and a microwave plus a table and two chairs. We were sick of eating out and had food with us so we made dinner and breakfast while there. The shower had great pressure.

Excellent hotel with great customer service! Rooms were modern and spotless. The heated saltwater pool was a plus. The front desk staff was universally incredible - amazing customer service. Breakfast was good. What's to complain about?

We were looking for a hotel in Bangor, Maine using the internet. After looking at the pictures on line and a good price we decided to try this hotel. The room was very large and modern.

The staff was very helpful. The area was convenient to the airport. The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice.

The beds were comfortable and very clean room.

Great for an early morning flight for sure!

Great guy at the front desk who also picked me up at the airport. Hotel food, entertainment, and swimming pool all a thumbs up. Wish it was located in a more central part of town.

Quiet, everything worked great. Loved the television guide and the room darkening drapes. Desk staff were friendly and professional.
