The view was great but the bathroom light switch plate was busted and the latch on the door to the patio was rusted. Also yellow spray foam around the toilet.

The pictures are very deceiving. When we walked in to check in a lady was cussing and yelling about her room to the front desk lady. A bit over the top. We checked in and went to our room. The travel down the halls was interesting, but not awful. Entering the room was disgusting. We took pictures of the couch that had horrible stains and was not healthy to sit on. Everything was this way from the bed to the bathroom, etc. We left and got a refund. It was late and we couldn't find another room so we drove home. This place needs a serious renovation. Badly.

We really liked the beachfront location and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, after only hours of checking in and getting settled on Super Bowl Sunday we heard many sirens only to open our door and see multiple police, fire and EMS just feet from our ground floor room on the NE side. We saw a very heavy presence and heard EMS workers and police speaking to the residents next to us regarding an OD victim in the room and needle paraphernalia being found. Needless to say it was a bit unsettling start to our stay.

Rusty by the sea
The hotel was run down and rusty. They didn’t have any coffee available the first day and were not in a hurry to make any more. We didn’t even bother with breakfast the subsequent days because it was so bad. Just disappointing.

First I was overcharged and am having to work with Travelocity to get it straight - clerk couldn't do it even though I had printout from Travelocity, TV didn't work because someone took battery out of remote - I had to take it to front desk to get a battery, no spare toilet paper - only what was left on roll, phone didn't work, I had to fix latch on door that didn't work because of screws loose, door had to be pushed just right to get the deadbolt to work at all, elevator was filthy as well as luggage carts dirty with dog/cat hair on them. On a good note - staff was extremely friendly.

Its a dump. Frankly, I'm done with Quality Inn. This was my third stay this year and none were very good. i used to have a much better opinion of the chain. The bed was clean and the night attendant was a lovely man. That's it.
