Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. "Everything about the hotel was great! But the broiler broke the morning we left and we had to take ice cold showers. The staff was great and taking care of us in the ways they could but because we booked through a third party we have had to deal with Expedia to see if we can get a refund."

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"
