“the rooms were a bit outdated but to my surprise thier service and amenities were excellant! i hope to come here again! i was here for 3 nights in a pet friendly room, used the pool with plenty of chairs to sit and enough pool towels, staff was very attentative to any neeeds of thier guests. the outside bar in pool area also had great service. breakfast was more than i expected it was a full breakfast not just bagels! they have a waffle maker so its fresh sausage patties actual eggs! im very……

I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. “When you come remember you’re enjoying a historic home. I enjoyed our stay very much. It’s location to both Peddlers Village and New Hope make it ideal. Our room was a standard guest room which was perfect for my husband and I. The shower was a bit small in this room but it had good pressure and hot water. Also, despite it being 104 degrees outside, the room was very comfortable at night. It was very clean too. Jeff makes a wonderful breakfast and offers amazing hospitality. We loved the farm……
