“Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled.
Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone……

“It's not a bed and breakfast home. It's an old building under repairs. The mattress was confortable. The room is really small. The bathroom is too small. Also, I found hairs on the ground and on the shower. The door for entering in the room is not tight to the frame. You see in the hallway and light is on. I won't return.”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
