Insisted on putting me on the second floor—no elevator! I’m 80 years old and I had to haul my suitcases up a steep flight of stairs. The place was basically empty—very inconvenient. I would not stay here again.

Carl at the front desk went above and beyond to help us park a large trailer that we were towing. He moved his own personal vehicle so that our rig could be parked in sight of the security cameras. He was very friendly and helpful.

All the holes in the wall from old items or shelf or something were a nice touch. Having to slam your shoulder to door to get it open was fun. Wish the pool would have been open or don't advertise it. Sorry won't be staying here again.

Driving up from Nevada to Olympia in a 20ft U-Haul and needed a place to stop. The price was fantastic for Cimarron Inn. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was great. Clean, friendly, great service. I was able to back the truck up to a parking spot where my room was even though I felt relatively safe it just made me feel more confident about parking there. Excellent BBQ restaurant nearby as well. Very satisfied with our stay.

Front desk lady was friendly upon arrival. Got in room. Temp was around 20 outside. No heat in room. Room heater was turned off. Temp may have been 50 degrees max. Went to bed right away to warm up. Took most of the night to warm up. Turned heater to 77. It ran all night. Bed was hard as a rock. Pretty sure advertised as having breakfast but when arrived was told no eggs or sausages. They did have boiled eggs. Not bad for the price. If not for room temp it would have been fine for the night.

This is a no frills hotel but it was quiet and restful. Walls could be patched and repainted and some work on the bathroom tiles and a deep clean would make it a standard room. It would be nice to change from styrofoam plates and bowls to paper. Breakfast was a bit more spartan than the usual fair. The only warm options were instant oatmeal, waffles and whatever could be toasted. But it was clean and the coffee was fair. For an inexpensive overnight trip it was fine.
