Knik-Fairview Castle Hotels

The lady is very friendly and makes amazing breakfast. Good comfortable bed and very clean washroom. Homely vibes and the best part is the outside lake front. I would recommend this over any hotel in this area.

The location is awesome, the price is affordable, my sheets had blood stain “fresh blood” apparently they don’t change the sheets everyday.

Customer service was excellent. Very accommodating and friendly.

Very nice apartment with a W/D, fill kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a master tub that was divine!

This place was a great haven for us at the time that we were there.

Staff was very warm and welcoming! Room was clean. Beds were fairly comfortable, just a bit firmer than I am used to. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Loved the Alaskan made gifts in the gift shop, and very reasonably priced.

Dont let the exterior fool you Rooms really nice Staff excellent

Owner was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of will be visiting again.

Loved the water view

...because this hotel is not too far out of Anchorage, but just the right amount closer to some of the nature attractions nearby. The best part is, the hotel offers everything you need, and more! The outside of the building, "front desk", and the barnyard-style outside stairs mislead us to believe this hotel was not the right choice. Were we wrong! The room is huge and comes with not one, not two, but three large closets. The bed was nice and big, and so were the pillows. There was even a...

Accommodated me at the last minute, everything was clean and as advertised. Great breakfast conversation with the owners to top it off!

What an amazing place. We will definitely be back for summer and winter adventures. The property is private and cozy. The cottages are well thought and high quality. I would recommend these places to anyone traveling to Anchorage/ Palmer area!

Evelyn in the Crow's Nest is the best. Love staying at the Cook when I travel to AK for business

It is basically brand new, they just fully remodeled the whole place.

Great Staff, very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable and Pipers food was very good! Highly recommend The Coast Hotel on Lake Hood!

Beautiful room facing the lake, clean, comfortable, the bed was one of the best I've ever slept on, the pillows another 5 star. However the check in was a little frustrating... Marked but not well.

The place was clean and quiet - felt like I had my own studio apartment in the city. The location is walking distance to great food and the coastal trail, and the proximate neighborhood felt safe even at night. Only saw the staff as I was heading out - otherwise saw no one

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was the best that we've eaten in all the hotels we have stayed in so far. The bed was comfortable.

I wish the shower would be hotter and the breakfast can be better. The waffle dough this morning was so watery. Other than that, it’s a great choice for a short stay in Anchorage!!
