The front desk lady was quite rude. She took 15-20 minutes to check us in. She got visibly annoyed, sighed and put down the paper she was holding in annoyance when she was informed we had a dog. She helped someone else while helping us and was very slow. She gave me a set of keys that did not work. I did not appreciate this especially while pregnant. I will not be staying here ever again.

Had to complain to management for housekeeping not making bed or fresh towels for 3 days. 1st day was my fault I had a t shirt on the bed. 2nd and 3rd was lazy housekeeping.

We were traveling with our dog so needed a pet friendly accommodation so I found Grandview and they were very nice. The hotel was lovely, clean and accommodating, and there was a good area behind the hotel to go for a walk with the dog to allow for a walk to take care of their needs and there were potty bags for cleaning up after your pet provided right there on a post. I never heard any pet noises, although I saw several dogs that went out for a walk where I too walked with my dog. The hotel was quiet, and I definitely will stay here again.
