"The airport shuttle was unavailable so we rented a car. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room but was given 2 rooms with 1 double bed in each room. I tried to extend our stay by 1 night and called before flying up to Alaska and they one extended one room, not both and it was a hassle to be able to stay in the other room for the one additional night and was charged almost "

"Lodging was reasonable, but Fancy Moose (bar/restaurant) has really fallen off badly. What used to be a multi-page menu of options is now a single piece of copier paper with 13 options - most of which were actually not available (sorry, out of chicken wings. sorry, out of nachos. sorry, out of burger buns so none of the burgers available unless you want it on a hoagie roll). If you want someplace that actually also serves food, look elsewhere."

"We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary breakfast. The room itself also had a few issues. It was on street level, and the blinds were quite see-through, so we could clearly see the lights from passing cars and people outside, which made it feel less private and disrupted the atmosphere. There was also no hair dryer in the room, we had to request one after arriving. Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t stay here again and will be seeking a partial refund."

"The staff was accommodating even though some did not speak English. They did not leave linen for the sofa bed which make it inconvenient because they only have one staff during the evening and I had to walk a long way to the front office to pick up bed linens. I have mobility problems so that was tiring. I was in the 2 bedroom suite and invited friends to eat dinner but the room only one dining chair. When we went to the front to ask if we could have a couple chairs the guy said he will have to go took for it which he couldn’t do because he was the only one there."
