“This is a basement apartment that is completely dated. I pulled back the bedding to find multiple large hair balls on the bottom sheet obviously hadn’t been washed. The bathroom has no hot water to the sink so it is terrible for hand washing. The shower hot and cold water are reversed so when you think you are turning it to hot it is actually cold. The TV has no local channels and could not be turned on using the remote. ”

“The place was fine, my first impression of the view was beautiful, good location. There's a homeless camp just downhill from the deck that you can see from the deck and a few of the rooms indoors. There are no blinds, which would help with privacy. “This small cottage was great . It was just big enough for a couple. You can park your car right in front of this specific unit making easy to unload groceries and what not . Communication is great .
