Very nice facility! Staff was nice and helpful! Room was excellent! Will stay again!

The bathroom floor looked dirty but the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean with good water pressure. I didn’t like that we had a room right in front of the pool and you could hear everything. Also, you either pulled the blackout curtains which felt like a cave or you opened them so everyone could look in as they walked by. We loved the warm pool that was crystal clear. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were so happy they offered it! Sadly the 3 dollar pancakes were overcooked and not good with margarine. The eggs were reconstituted. The icy orange juice was a full 16 ounces and the best! And the service was great! Because the pancakes and eggs were bad we opted never to return with 100s of better options all around. Corkys barbecue was a great dinner option! Check in was great and the lady so sweet, let us check in early! And we loved the location-on the edge of all the crazy where I prefer.

Nice and modern, well decorated. The breakfast operation needs help, understaffed and inconsistent. Had to wait a while for a table, poor service, smoothies with big ice chunks in them, not great food quality or options, etc. Room housecleaning was inconsistent too- left a spray bottle in our room, took towels and forgot to replace with new ones, sometimes left makeup washcloths and bath mat towels and other days didn’t. Strange. Wish we could use the food credit at more places in the hotel than the one resistant
