We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Park Lane hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the ambiance, the location, the impeccable hospitality, the incredible quality of the services and the yummy breakfast food. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! We travel often and get to experience great accommodations and service, but this was one of the best we’ve.
All the staff we deal with are friendly, warm, informative and helpful. A special mention goes to Phillip who was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, professional, and passionate about his work. He greatly contributed to making our stay in Copenhagen even more pleasant and memorable with his attentiveness and excellent recommendations. A big thanks goes to Mathilde for her handwritten note for David’s birthday.
