Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte.

Check in was very efficient, however, failed to mention additional charges (tourist tax and another), which was charged to the card at check-out. Suggest to double check your invoice as they tend to double charge you for drunks (at the bar and putting on your room's tab as well). Breakfast was ok, ...
