Wundervoller Kurzaufenthalt
Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Liegen am Strand sind inklusive, ebenso Strandtücher, waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Schöner Wellnessbereich, sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Kvarner Palace. Ein fantastisches Hotel! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war unglaublich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns herrlich erholt. Bei der Sauberkeit werden keine Abstriche gemacht! Sogar die Abfluss-Stöpsel in der Badewanne werden blitzblank gereinigt. Wir beobachteten eine Mitarbeiterin, die sogar die Kieselsteine in den Pflanzbehältnissen im Treppenhaus Stück für Stück mit einer Bürste putzte. Besonders angenehm sind auch die langen Essenzeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen und das qualitativ hochwertige und sehr reichhaltige Buffet wird bis zuletzt noch aufgefüllt, falls etwas zur Neige geht. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Preise für Getränke sind im Rahmen. Etwas nachteilig sind die harten Matratzen in den Zimmern und der für ein Hotel dieser Größe doch etwas beschauliche Pool. Aber dafür ist man in zwei Minuten unten am Strand, der leider - trotz Liegen für Hotelgäste - öffentlich ist. Badetücher werden täglich gewechselt! In direkter Umgebung ist leider nicht allzu viel geboten. Ausflugsziele sind Opatija und Reijka (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrdauer). Opatija hoffnungslos überteuert und Reijka auch nicht so der Hit. Die Insel Krk ist auch mit dem Auto (über die Brücke) oder per Boot zu erreichen. Sehenswert und per organisierter Tagestour sind die Plitwicer Seen (wo der Schatz im Silbersee gedreht wurde). Großartig, aber oft sehr überlaufen und 2:20 Std. Fahrtdauer mit dem Bus entfernt.

Beautiful historic building in a large park with great pool and spa, close to the sea and there with all service one needs at private beach in one of the few sandy bays. Very efficient personell, excellent restaurant, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, large windows with great sea view, late breakfast, enough parking lots, lots of space at various terraces, quiet and stress-free. A perfect place for a traditional, relaxed summer vacation with many options to book boat tours or do trips to the surrounding islands or villages. One of the best addresses in Croatia.

This hotel is exceeded my expectations! The service was exceptional as were the accommodations. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet’s are really good as well. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Croatia
I visit Croatia regularly for vacation - usually a mix of visiting sights, boat trips, and some relaxing at the sea. Arrived from Triest by car, did several trips to Rab, Krk, Cres, Opatija, and stayed at the beach for 2 days in Crikvenica. Hotel is perfect for this mix, also for families, but adults without kids have absolutely no stress through kids or noise. It´s a very cultivated, but relaxed atmosphere.

Még életemben ilyen kicsi 20 négyzetméteres szobában, aminek csak ablaka volt, a ligetre nézés helyett, utcára nézett. A tengerhez, meredek út vezetett, le még csak rendben, de felfelé, idősebb embernek kizárt.

Luxusurlaub incl. Entspannung
Endlich mal ein Hotel wo die Fotos in der Werbung mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Hervorzuheben ist dass Personal, die Lage (Pool) und dass hervorragende Essen. Dass Hotel ist unter Österreichischer Führung und dass merkt Mann. 5 Sterne würde ich für diese Unterkunft vergeben.

Super dejlig restaurant og god betjening.
Super god betjening, nem tjek ind/ud Fantastisk rent overalt. Kun en enkelt anke, nemlig at hotellet betales i Euro til overkurs, troede jeg skulle betale på hotellet, men blev trukket på kortet hjemmefra, hvilket betød at opholdet blev ca. 200 dkr. dyre end tilbudt.

Great Place to Stay
We really enjoyed this hotel. It's a beautiful property with super view, good staff, and good amenities. The beach was being worked on, so we didn't really get to appreciate it, but the water was clear and it should be great when the beach is refurbished. We would highly recommend staying here. Only con is the location because it seemed a little isolated.

Das Hotel mit Stil und Persönlichkeit
Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und Service orientiert war das Personal! Das hat dem Hotel mit Stil auch Persönlichkeit verliehen. Das gute Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terrasse mit Meerblick und Gartenblick einnehmen zu können - war ein Traum. Zum Sandstrand ist es schon ein bisschen länger, doch dieser war sehr schön. Die Umgebung und die Stadt selbst haben uns nicht sehr gefesselt, doch das Hotel hat unseren Urlaub zum einem wunderschönen gemacht.

Lovely heaven resort
Despite difficulties with currency payment issues we had prior to the arrival, we had a wonderful holiday at this lovely beautiful charming resort! Thanks to the amazing staff team who were at all time, very friendly, attentive, welcoming and thoughtful. The room very spacious, spotless and comfortable with magnificent ocean and breathtaking pool views. Breakfast excellent with great selection of cold and warm serves served in beautiful settings. Garden and swimming pools very beautiful and well-maintained. Location great and the beach very beautiful. We would definitely return to this lovely resort again and we can truly recommend this hotel to anyone. But prepare to pay a little extra currency exchange charges as the hotel deems its own a little pricey currency rate.

Initial room offered was different to picture on Wotif, if you want a ocean balcony you need to get the larger and more expensive room. Fantastic staff and willing to assist with any request.

Had a wonderful stay here. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, nice pool. Caution: "Double Room, Sea Facing" does not guarantee a Balcony. Even though one is pictured. We had looked forward to sitting on the balcony but we were given a room without one.

Sonnenliegen am Pool und am Strand entsprechen nicht dem Hotelstandard.Die Handtücher für Poolliegen und Strandliegen zu klein und der Umtausch kompliziert. Haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten.Abbuchung ausgewiesener Zimmerpreis in Euro wurden in Landewährung Kuna mit einem Wechselkurs von 1€ = 7,70 Kuna verrechnet. Somit ergibt sich ein wesentlich höherer Buchungspreis als ausgewiesen.

Ein Haus zum Wiederkommen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, ein stilvoll renoviertes Haus, in welchem wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt haben, mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich das etwas kleine Zimmer.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Tolles Hotel mit schöner Außenanlagen und sehr freundlichen Personal. WLAN im Zimmer (auch mit Hilfe des Haustechnikers) im Zimmer und auf der Terasse nicht möglich.(nur in Nähe der Rezeption)

Elegant hotel, friendly stuff....noticed most of the guest speak German.....there is part of the beach reserved for hotel guess with nice chairs....beach towels and beach bags are provided (beach bag to keep)...
