“Condo was clean, balcony was a great size and overlooked the water. ”

“The kitchen pans were multiple in number but most were unusable. Teflon is a known carcinogen and not usable in poor condition. Rust is not desirable either. Not enough glasses. Master bed is really noisy on the beach side. One hair dryer caught fire. Everything else was great!!”

“The condo is clean, roomy and has needed amenities. The view from the balcony is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended. ”

“Loved the location of the property. The property was nice. The actual unit we stayed in could use a really good cleaning and things in the kitchen like hot pads and kitchen gloves for taking things out of a hot oven. There was nothing. We bought a spatula for the kitchen. The bathrooms really need cleaning under the shower ledge seat. Very roomy and comfortable all in all.”

“Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.”
