“Our condo was on a corner lot directly across from the beach access which was fantastic. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. Keeping the sand cleaned up is a daily task. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice location, we've stayed at the Aquarius several times but this condo was dirty. What was left of the countertops because of the extra microwave (old was out of order) had sand on them. We had to clean those and the glass dining room table. There was hair in the shower and we hadn't even unpacked yet. Floors were sandy as well. No extra bedding for the couch or extra blankets. Glad we wash everything before use, some of the plates still had food stuck on them.”

“Beautiful view. Comfortable beds, nice furniture, well-equipped kitchen. Balcony composite furniture was a nice addition; 2 chairs, 2 Adirondack lounges, 1 table. Spacious, decorated nicely. Heated pool and hot tub was essential for me. Beach access is well kept. Water is hot!! Pressure is good. Communication with PIR was awesome. Step in tubs in both bathrooms need safety rails and more hooks to hang bath towels so they dry. Washer and dryer are outside the unit and cost 4.00 per load. Too……

“We enjoyed our stay at The Kingfish Cottage. The house was as described; the location perfect! Mostly walkable, we enjoyed our strolls to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. There are definitely updated that could be made, but a great stay for the cost. Owner was super responsive to our questions and concerns! A huge thanks for that! Wild totally recommend this place!”
