The experience with staff at check in and checkout was good. Both of them were polite. Saturday 9:40 am I called reception to ask for a toothbrush/paste kit. Some hotels even have those in the bathroom without you having to ask. The man who answered at reception ask me “what is the reason you need one?” It was strange he was asking that. My question was do you have those kits available, yes or no answer was all I needed not a question. I answered that I brought my toothbrush but forgot the toothpaste. The guy replied “then you can go to the store to buy one”. That means they did have the kits and he decided not to give me one? That was just awful. I didn’t have time to go to the store before breakfast as it ends at 11 so went down to breakfast without brushing my teeth. Then I went to the store and had to pay for euros for a regular size toothpaste when I was just staying there 2 days. I paid for breakfast for 2 days and the second day I left at 3:30 am so did not have breakfast, but they couldn’t give me a complementary toothpaste kit.
