“Nice and very helping staff”

“Hole in bedside table drawer, toilet overflowed (when flushed while shower was being used) despite not being clogged, fly in our room & good amount of smoke smell. Otherwise it was great! The staff was very helpful, the bed and pillows were comfy, and breakfast was nice.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Main Street Inn in Lowell, Michigan. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and a great place to relax. One of our favorite features was the deck right outside the room, overlooking the Flat River—it was such a peaceful and beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view. The location is also fantastic, with downtown Lowell and its restaurants and dining options just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the area without needing to drive. “The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put……

“All in All the stay was great. Maybe update some of the furniture!”

However, the parking lot was a mess and felt sketchy, the elevator was dated, and the rooms were extremely basic. The AC barely worked, the walls were paper-thin, the room door needed attention, and we didn't even have a phone to contact the front desk! Front desk staff weren't rude, but they……

“The internet is very bad, even considering the price it's unacceptable”

“Big trucks parking taking over others parking spaces.”

“This is urgent. Please check if you have double charged this room, as credit card company sent two bills with same amount. ”

“I stayed one week. Everything is perfect only except one night’s horrible shouting from one room around my room. It’s not the hotel’s problem. But it’s really scary.”
