Lake Waccamaw Vacations from $713

We booked an oceanfront room, upon check in we were told we would be on the 2nd floor with an oceanfront view, we went to store and went back to check in and the previous girl helping us wasn't there, the room we got was "oceanfront " but you can not see the ocean , very disappointed with this , we paid for and oceanfront view, so just know if you book you might not get the view you requested. The bottom floor rooms should be cheaper then the second. Very disappointed.

The property was great! And a great location for what we needed, but it's starting to show it's age. Our room was great, but was in need of some maintenance. Great view!

The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.

Nice resort have stayed before. Not as clean as last time. Floors not cleaned and dirty things left from previous guest were not removed. Love the size of room. Needed to be cleaned better.
