“It’s Great”

“Harbor Point is an excellent complex to stay at. The owners and other guests are always very friendly. The pool is great and the property is well maintained. Kevin was a great host and responded to any questions is a timely manner. The living room was plenty big enough for 2 air mattress for our teens who refuse to sleep together. Great place with great AC to lay our heads after spending our days out in the sunshine!”

“We had the best stay at this property! The pool was perfect, the inside of the condo was even better than the pictures, with an incredible view! We will definitely stay here again.”

“The stay was great. Fun bars and places to eat. The downside was the difficulty in finding the buildings address at night.”

“Awesome property a little steep to and from lake but not a problem”

“The carpet smelled like a stinky dog, walls and trim have scuffs and dirt. Definitely needs a deep cleaning done. Kitchen faucet leaks. The deck is slanted and there’s no table for your coffee/food. You’re leaning forward so it’s uncomfortable and feels very unsafe. No privacy on the deck either. There’s just a banner dividing one side. So you can see the other people‘s feet while they’re hanging up their towels on the deck. The pictures did not match the unit. We actually thought we were at……

“Nice updated property. Clean and a great location”

“It was the best relaxing weekend I had had and quite a while you could not have asked for a better host. She was there step-by-step with everything you needed. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.”

“Very clean and well kept 1 bedroom condo! Also, couldn't beat the price, will stay again. Host also responds promptly, great communication!”

“No issues! Clean, easy to get to, close to everything!”

“Me and a friend stayed here for a conference weekend and it was a fabulous experience! The premises are clean and inviting. Instructions were clear. Our hostess was wonderful with communicating all of the info we needed for a successful stay. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Great condo well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and we had a nice view of the sunset from the deck in the evening. We truly enjoyed our stay!”

“Self check-in was convenient and simple except for the invasive amount of personal information asked to have unit access, but after that is where issues started to happen. Cleanliness of condo was an immediate issue as we walked in. Sliding door did not close properly and unit had bugs flying everywhere, sliding door couldn’t be latched properly and had to make something to keep latched securely. There were clothes left in washer and dryer, with dirty towels still in washer. Unit hadn’t been……

“My son and I had a wonderful experience! The condo was the perfect location. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the fancy boats drive by. One evening we were treated to a fireworks show with actual fireflies and fireworks! We were visiting with our baseball team so our spot was perfect meeting point for the boys to fish. We hired a fishing guide one morning and Paula allowed us dock access so we were picked up and dropped off right at our door. The pool was also a huge hit. The layout……

“Condo was great for us and 2 kiddos! Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pull out couch was nice. Everything we needed for our quick lake weekend. Would come back again for sure.”

“Clean cozy condo, great view and wish we had more time. Fishing right there.”
