“When we arrived the stairs were covered in ice and clearly not maintained. We went to take a shower and had no water, then we get the water to turn on and were welcomed with sulfur ice water. Once we got the water ran through enough the smell went away. Tried for hot water the next morning and there was none. Pretty disappointing stay.”

“We had a late arrival due to mixed circumstances and unable to swim at night. We were accommodated by a very generous delayed departure time and pass to the pools. We would have appreciated soap for showers and possibly a snack item or two and condiments for the coffee provided. We were not aware when we went to the pool we needed to take towels with us. “Check was last min we received our code two hours before check in time. This house has a beautiful view but windows were dirty blinds were broken leaving space for people to look in and the railings in the house and on the outside decks are very unsafe. I do not recommend if you have toddlers. Spent most the tim worried my son was going to fall through the rails. It was as clean as a lake house could be I guess.
