It was good room no any issue

Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise clean and decor was very beautiful in our villa💗Air conditioning was nice- very comfortable stay! So worth the procand we were all very happy and had a wonderful family gathering. Will come back again!

Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. A wonderful lady manager name Mira made our stay comfortable and welcome along with her staff. Mahalo & Aloha, Will Yun

The staff are courteous!

The faucets are loose and about to fall off when you turn to open water. The air-conditioning unit barely work, this the room is so hot. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. We were not comfortable at all thus we had to check out 3 days earlier. I can commend the staff though , they are helpful and try to accommodate to requests but with limited resources they can only do so much. The location is good.
