The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. The bed supports were broken, but the host had someone there the next day to repair. The fridge is a mini fridge with separate freezer, not full size. “Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”
