One night stay before an early flight. Room was clean and cold! (It was a hot day!) Bed was comfy. A little noisy on the ground level parking lot side, but some white noise helped block it out!

The room had a very dingy and musty order. The elevator was dirty, hallway smelly and vending machine looked beaten up. Lastly the staff was unfriendly and had an attitude during check in.

Very nice hotel. Excellent. BUT the TV wasn't working. The person who came to the room to restart the TV didn't speak/understand English. We communicated with Google audio translation. The issue was resolved quickly, despite this unfortunate lapse of communication.

Dog poop was left on hall floor, Did not like that you couldn't get in to the hotel lobby because the bus was in the way and it was raining. Breakfast was not the best. Ask for clean towels but couldn't get tem. The saff was nice at the front desk Also the maid saff was ok.

Darlene at the front desk was really nice. The pool has been closed and they don't let you know before you book. Somehow they checked us out early on the day we were leaving so housekeeping came in when the DND sign was on the door and I was in the restroom. A lady was sleeping in her car with the car running and driver's door open. I woke her up and let the hotel clerk know. Heroin? There's one elevator so getting back and forth to the 5th floor can be a challenge.

Had a late flight into BWI with a large group. The staff were easy to reach and communicate with, the shuttle service was quick, safe, and reliable, and the rooms were perfect for our needs. Would definitely book at this location again.

I checked in after 10:30pm and the front desk lady was very sweet and kind, super hospitable! The room was quiet and clean. The only part I would suggest is to wash the shower curtains more often. There is little ventilation in the bathroom and the curtain smelled like wet dog, so the entire restroom smelled from the curtain. :(

I booked this hotel because I unexpectedly had to fly to BWI and was arriving in the middle of the night, too late to continue on my trip to DC. There were good reviews about the reliability of the shuttle service. I texted the hotel several times throughout the day to update the arrival time as the plane kept getting delayed, just to make sure the hotel shuttle would be available. I was assured that it would be and I just had to call when I landed. I did that and the woman at the hotel said she was sending the shuttle and it would be there in 5-6 minutes. I called back 3 or 4 times to check on it, and each time she snapped at me as if I was being unreasonable and told me it would take 5-6 minutes. After half an hour of watching other hotels’ shuttles come by, I called the hotel again and said I would take an Uber. I got to the hotel at 2 am. It would have been 1:30 if I had gotten an Uber in the first place.
