This Hyatt hotel from the start, how to wait in line to check in for like 45 minutes. The rooms are kind of old looking the rug was filthy. The couch was filthy and spot it up with Lord knows what! There was a big pit bull running around with no one with her. The thing that really bothered me was that we had a room that slept for people and only had two washcloths two towels to hand towels. We asked for more they gave us a runaround that night over and over again after calling going to the front desk, numerous of times. Kept telling us to come back then when we called they had an attitude and was talking very disrespectful and unfriendly unprofessional and. They still didn’t have towels in the morning so we had to leave without bathing. This place was a disaster. I would never go there again and I want my $142 back.

I was so disappointed in this property. I had chosen it for the pool which was closed, and the good reviews. Our room was ok. Cleaning of the bedroom area was average. The pull out couch mattress was dirty. The beds were really small. I thought I had booked two queens but they were definitely two full beds. The shower had someone’s used soap in it and there were no towels. My husband went to the front desk to ask for towels and was told “sorry, we won’t have any towels until the housekeepers come tomorrow morning.” We were only staying one night and had to leave in the morning, so we had to buy towels at a local Walmart. There was no vending machines, and the ice machines were broken. They did have some drinks in the lobby but no snacks (sold out). The breakfast in the morning was good. The thing that really brought the visit down was the lack of towels. I understand being understaffed, or having a pool closed. But a hotel with no towels is pretty unacceptable, imo.

The price and staff were great. Everything looked like it needed updated. I chose this hotel because of the amenities and the pool, restaurant, and room service were not available. The couch was advertised as being a sofa sleeper and it was not. The saving grace was my kids upbeat spirit and the staff was very sweet.
